The Contour-Arc welding lathe is a standalone system built to weld 360deg circular welds. It comes standard as an open table with a manually adjustable MIG torch. X, Y, and Z slides let you position the torch exactly where you want it. Parts are held in the system with a pneumatic cylinder that can be controlled by foot pedal or on the control interface. For safety, speed, and non circular weld profiles check out our options list below.
Optional upgrades can include: Full system enclosure, automatic doors, robotic loading, TIG conversion, additional welding torches, CNC Weld Profiles, cam driven weld profiles, Robotic Welding, motorized x and y axis with joystick, and part fixture.
